First, you need to download and install VLC player free media player

1. Launch for VLC Player

2. select Tool-> Preferences

3. Preference window will appear, now select the video option.

4. The output options, select “Direct X (Videos Draw) video output.” Check the box “Enable wallpaper mode” and select Save.
